Peter and Ann are your hosts, they have run Olivedale since July 2002 and look forward to welcoming guests old and new. Providing a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy your stay. Olivedale is ideally suited for couples of all ages.
We welcome cyclists, offering dry and secure storage for your bike.

Regrettably we can not take pets.
Occupancy of rooms is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and we ask that the rooms
are vacated by 10:15 on the day of departure.
Peaceful yet only two minutes walk from the sea front and town centre.
This Victorian House has been tastefully modernised providing guests with excellent accommodation.
Tasty traditional breakfasts served every morning between 08:15 - 09:15
The house is strictly NO SMOKING.
There is private parking available at the rear of the house.
The Breakfast Room
Sheringham is off the A148 Kings Lynn - Holt - Cromer Road. On entering the town via the A1082 Holway Road you will approach a roundabout Go straight across into Station Road (one way), when you reach the bottom the clock tower is on your right and the Theatre is on your left. Turn left and take the first right into Augusta Street, Olivedale is 30 metres on the right.

Sheringham is also well situated for the wide variety of attractions which are either local or a short drive away. The list of key attractions will vary from time to time but Peter and Ann will be able to provide all the information you need to make your trip memorable.

- Langham Glass factory and visit the factory shop Blakeney Quay - where you can take the boat to watch the seals.
- Muckleborough - the country's largest working military collection.
- Holt - one of the prettiest Georgian towns in the County.
- Norwich and Kings Lynn - a short drive to discover the County's ancient history.
- Wells-next-the-Sea - an area of outstanding natural beauty.
- The North Norfolk Steam Railway - a perfect way to see the countryside.
